Student Support

If you have any worries or concerns, you can speak to any member of staff in school. We also have members of the pastoral team and safeguarding team available dedicated to supporting students' well-being.

As part of our ongoing commitment to developing and improving our safeguarding procedures, we are pleased to announce that we have partnered with tootoot!

Tootoot is a safe, secure and diverse web-based safeguarding tool, which allows students to report incidents of; bullying, problems they could be having in or out of class and/or any issues that may be concerning them in an anonymous, confidential and discrete manner. These individual cases will be monitored, managed and resolved by mentors within the school.

Tootoot not only encourages students to report any issues or concerns, it also encourages them to work together and strengthens communication links between them and their teachers by removing barriers.

All students are anonymous at the point of reporting but the school’s designated tootoot administrator can uncover identities ONLY if it appears the student’s emotional or physical well-being is at serious risk.

Students can access tootoot 24/7 on any web-enable device (computers; laptops; tablets or mobiles) by following these four simple steps:

How to get access

Step 1: Type https://khalsaacademy.tootoot.co.uk/login into your web browser or download the tootoot app from the App Store or Play Store.

Step 2: Enter the first part of your school username (e.g. 19a.singh) and their usual school/Google classroom password, and log their concern (Passwords cannot be changed).
