The Board of Trustees are looking to appoint an innovative, forward thinking candidate with an exceptional track record in the leadership and management of teaching and learning, curriculum development and quality assurance. As the Head Teacher, working in close collaboration with the Senior Leaders and the Trust, you will set and embed high expectations throughout the Academy and champion continuous improvement.
Well-honed interpersonal and communication skills and a charismatic and energetic leadership approach are essential for this coveted role within the Academy.
The school has an excellent track-record in terms of GCSE progress 8 scores and the standard of education provided by the school is already at a good level. As such, this represents a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated leader to take the school forward, secure a good with outstanding Ofsted and deliver on the Trust’s aims.
