Parents Guide to Google Classroom

This page will help & support you when using google classroom, docs and drive when learning at home or when completing homework. ATAM ACADEMY has committed to help students in the best way we can.

We have set up an email address for all concerns that will forward to the key staff at school. The email address is: Googlesupport@atamacademy.org 

When you email Google Support you will receive a ticket number from our system, we will then reply via the helpdesk system to your email.

Parents and Students should send any requests to the email address.

This includes

  • Password resets
  • Classroom access issues
