Partnerships

Partnerships are very important to the development of Atam Academy. They enable us to always remain outward looking, help us to understand our own strengths and areas to improve, provide support for our families and enable us to provide exciting and memorable learning opportunities for our children.

Family of Schools

We work in a Multi Academy Trust where we collaborate closely with our other sister schools. We have working party groups to steer strategy, expert teachers and leaders who support staff in the other schools, we take part in joint professional development and training and collective worship and celebration of key events in the academic year.

Community Partnerships

We work closely with other institutions in Redbridge. Notably, other local schools, colleges, care homes, special schools, businesses and support local projects such as Project Malachi. We invite our partners to visit us, to collectively share our goals for future projects and how we can be a part of their plans.

Our Parents are an asset to our school. There is mutual focus and drive to ensure all children succeed. We have regular events such as come and read with your child, workshops to support children’s learning but also workshops to support our parents’ understanding of the curriculum.

We host a range of sporting events at our school, calling the local community to come into school and for us to share our state of the art facilities. Our astroturf, our sports hall and our field are our popular weekend bookings!

International Partnerships

We work closely with the Educational Development Trust to support a cluster of schools in Kenya; Valley View Academy, Boru Boru School, where we support with the STEAM curriculum, pupils write to the Primary School children in Kenya regularly and we host events at Atam Academy to raise funds for these schools to purchase items needed for their pupils’ learning.
